Angelic Upstart 12/1

Angelic Upstart was one of two winners to pull me out of another hole i had managed to get in today at 5pm today I was in the red again to the tune of -£180 so I was very pleased to come out of the day with a small profit thanks to Angelic Upstart 12/1 and Mustamir 7/1 both winning

Racing Post – Pricewise extra advised Shalamzar at Galaway but the wait for a winner goes on here as does the longshot who advised Dubai Prince also at Galaway

Pounds to punters hasn’t managed any more winners yet they had four bets today and I placed all of them they was all at Goodwood but today just wasn’t there day

ProBet had one bet with Brown Panther at Goodwood 3.10 but no luck here either

My Rugby Bets I backed Wigan -12 I felt really confident about this bet as Wigan had a big upset last week losing to Bradford. With the comments made through the week by Shaun Wane (wigan coach) there was no way they was going to slip up at home and they didn't let me down as they went on to win 45-4

My Bets Stuck with my strategy this week of picking two horses per race for Goodwood and thanks to Angelic Upstart winning at 12/1 it paid off today I also had a bet in the 8.05 Epsom with Mustamir 7/1 and got another winner there so my bets went pretty well today but the tipsters was off the pace hopefully they will have a strong run going into the weekend

Stratford pays

Good day for me I am happy to reveal, had a few bets today and had a lot of money on the line but its go big or go home from now on and it paid off once again. Another day at glorious goodwood, but it wasn’t too glorious for me had two bets on this meeting the first of which rainbow rock this was a tip out of the racing post it was close coming in at second place. The other brown panther running in the 15.10 race. This is the horse that won here last year and with similar conditions to that race, it was a opportunity not to miss. But it started off slow then progressed into 2^nd and finally finishing 3^rd so didn’t make anything from goodwood

The rest of my bets come from gg.com I had 3 bets at Galway with nothing coming from them. I also had Moulin de la groix, 7/1 at Stratford. At first running in 8^th the progressed through then got a nice lead to finish and cruised through netting me a cool £96.

Can’t wait for tomorrow with the current form that I’ve achieved recently so hopefully it will continue and, never stop on a streak.

The lucky underwear pay off

To say I am over the moon is a understatement, I have had seven separate bets today and two winners all together. After looking at Paul’s stats I thought about having a look at some tipsters.I had a little web surf and found what I thought to be some decent free tips for today’s racing. And they paid off

Found a few good tips on gg.com I had £20 on snowsky which was the tip in the 2.30 race at goodwood and they didn’t disappoint. Snowsky won at 9/2 bringing me a hefty £110, also had two others that finished 9^th and 4^th 

four bets on the meeting at Sandown with all of them finishing in the top five and one of them coming in 1^st . I had £10 on who’s that chick at 3/1 that brought me £40

So all in all it has been a good day for me, the tips that I have looked at today worked out well so going to have another go tomorrow and see what the outcome is. Hopefully I drop a few winners and make some quick cash

Good Day To Be A Bookie

Not a good day at all not one winner today so I gifted the bookies £160 back the tipsters didn’t preform today and my betting plan didn’t work as well as yesterday, well it just didn’t preform at all to be fair…

Racing Post – Pricewise extra advised Obliteright at 20/1 only managed to get 16/1 but did’nt make a difference today the Longshot bet was The Confessor in the same race Goodwood 5.25 but got the same outcome and no returns today

ProBet had a bet up but was a non runner so no bet in the end

Pounds To Punters had the usual four bets but I just went for the bets 9/1+ so that left three bets today but back down to earth with a bump and no luck today can’t grumble after yesterday but still would have been nice to land another winner

My Bets – I went for the same stratergy as yesterday picking two horses in each race at larger odds knowing one winner would make a profitable outcome but wasn’t to be I’m afraid

So complete white wash will have to dust myself off and have another bash tomorrow

Pounds To Punters

I mite hate Mondays but after today I love Tuesdays been doing plenty of research recently looking for a good horse racing tipster and finally settled with Pounds To Punters seems to have a good track record and is only £10 per month which seems cheap compared to a lot of tipsters out there.

My big decision was what stakes to run with for my bets I typically go with £10 a race but occasionally raise it for racing post I seem to of done well and built up to £20 per race I was a bit unsure but with the track record thought I would go in the deep end £20 per race I am so glad I did

Pounds To Punters deleiverd big time with two winners at Goodwood firstly Es Que Love 11/1 followed by Van Percy 9/1 to land a £360 profit on the first day I reckon that will cover the cost of this month’s subscription   

Racing Post – I missed the Longshot bet today so just went with Pricewise extra who advised Dashing Star 6/1 but no good today

ProBet went with a odds on bet Beacon at the 2.30 Goodwood race but had no joy

My Bets for today I had a clear strategy for the day focus on Goodwood and go with two bets per race at 10/1+ so I picked three races and six bets wasn’t looking good at all with my first four bets losing but along came Inxile 20/1 in the Goodwood 5.20 to land a great profit

Obivoulsy I am really pleased with today not often these days come along will be interesting to see how pounds to punters preforms throughout the coming weeks and months ahead but hopefully plenty more from them think I will continue to look for additional tipsters also but am not gonna rush into anything just yet.

Fast act needed to be faster

Well what a terrible day that has been. I stuck to my motto who dares wins today and lets just say that it didn’t pay off. Looking through todays races this morning and a young colt racing at goodwood named fast act caught my eye. I had a look at his previous races and he has been improving over most of the races so I went with £25 at 10/1 and lost that just set the trend for the rest of the days bets really.

Looking on to tomorrow the meeting at Sandown should bring me a winner. I have a good track record at this course and combined with my lucky underwear nothing can stop me. l at least hope I make up for today

I Hate Mondays

Don’t know why I bother on a Monday one loss after another can’t remember the last Monday I had a profitable day hopefully with the blog will be easier to remember that is if I get a Profitable Monday

All together had nine bets on the racing with only one odds on winner so the weeks off to a terrible start -£109 on the day the only winner came from ProBets but due to all the non runners Push Me odds was reduced to odds on so was only a small gain there

Racing Post – had a bet with both Pricewise extra advising Sewn up and The Longshot bet advising Cousin Khee but neither bet  showed any returns

As for my horse racing bets had six loses from six can’t even jump up and down about being beaten by a head or anything just no good today hopefully my weekend form will return soon

Monday brings a shaky start

First day back to work and the Monday blues have kicked in with a bang today. It didn’t go well for me at the gee gees today, not at all. to start me off I had £10 on the 6/4 favourite Cornish assassin which was leading at first putting me in good position for a nice £25 until it kicked two furlongs out then started to catch up but it was too late by then just managing to finish second.

I then gave up on any favourites. Just managed a trip to the bookies and without the manager knowing (good old Mr William hills over the rd.) on my late lunch break. a sneaky £5 went unnoticed on a 33/1 which was an outside shot that didn’t pay off also had a couple of other long shots that weren’t any good. Hopefully tomorrow goes a bit better
